Through Bore Encoder ID cannot be identical

If all the Through Bore Encoder IDs are set to 0 which I would assume would be fine, the code crashes on start. Current work around give them different IDs

Odd, i have to look into this more.

This is probably because you need to use attached instead of throughbore since they are attached to the SparkMAX
