Bug in cloning extrusion and ring

If visible is False for an extrusion or ring, when it is cloned the original object is displayed despite its visible attribute being False.

No longer true of ring. Currently cannot clone an extrusion.

Can now clone curve, helix, extrusion (as well as ring)
