There is no licence under /lib/glow/license.txt

In Readme.md it is suggested that the license file is at /lib/glow/license.txt - but it is not...

Thanks for reporting this. I fixed the link. The license used to be at the old location but was moved to the top of the file system some time ago without the README being adjusted.
