scene.show_rendertime doesn't work in VPython 6 but is still accessible and listed by inspect.getmembers(display).

Removed vestiges of scene.show_rendertime which doesn't work in VPython 6 and also isn't needed; one can time renders oneself since the rendering is not interrupt-driven. See commit of 2014 June 27.
