Plants with ht < 1: possibly data entry errors?

There are 9 entries of plant height < 1 and they are all in the same plot in 2008. Some of them look like data entry errors based on height in 2007 and 2009, but I'm not sure—maybe a treefall? There's nothing in the notes column though. If the data are real, then it's the only year and plot where height is recorded to the mm.
