Improve UI Look and Feel + Expansion

UI Look and feel is very basic and crude ATM.. Better color scheme with a more coherent design would help a lot..

Find a better way to expand the UI, or come up with guidelines for developers as to where they can place the container div.

Currently the application requires a LOT of space when new video windows are opened, this should be scaled better.
