Add More XMPP Authentication Options

Currently only supports PLAIN authentication, which is not very good.

Should be expanded to support other XMPP standard authentication types.

Also can include support for temporary accounts, where enabled by the server. This did not seem like a common feature to have enabled on public servers, but could be useful for private ones.
