Remove Remotery and replace with something else

We need to evaluate different profiler choices here. Remotery is no longer acceptable due to how slow it is and the number of data races it executes.

Remotery removed in 6d539c5. Still need to find an alternative.

All profiling instrumentation exists in the engine and core library as well as enframing system for any profiler.
