Email verify is not being sent

Hello,

I've been attempting to make an account. I have tried several gmails, a work email, and a school email. No options deliver the verification email.

I attempted to find a workaround by resetting the password. This fails with an error: "Unable to reset password".
However, the fact that a password reset email was successfully delivered evidences that something is wrong server side with the signup email verify functionality.
