Remove unnecessary platforms folders inside the project, like Android, iOS and MacOS.

Only build targeting Windows.

Not really necessary since when built for Windows these platforms are ignored.

But in 5189aa4, the build was changed to release as a Windows Unpackaged App.

Closing the issue...
