It appears that version 1.0.1 is being blocked by XCode because of a checksum mismatch:
checksum of downloaded artifact of binary target 'Bugsplat' (ba8133c8620ee2b77f53d839e474285b0d99234c079dd53de8a2e376e08c8882) does not match checksum specified by the manifest (7ee6bbe285b0594d198df9827a6219c19cbb8bd991baf2a317b4cf4b05919925)
Installing 1.0.0 works around the issue.
