First Step.
Create a new branch with the name respondant-list&view-emergency

What the solution should look like
Use the design created by @MelvinManni to create this user-interface.
For emergency listing create a dummy object and use ng-for to display the content in the frontEnd.

Ensure that you use Ionic components for the design and Design a notification pop up when
respondent is added successfully or when it fails
