Dev Process: Add license to .jar inside meta-inf

Noticed other non-mc projects doing this for my day job. Figured it would be a smart idea to place the source code and asset license(s) into the .jar. As well publish it into the maven and likely other places. This way it is very obvious we run a mixed license.
