[BUG] Loading indicators in timetable presets

Describe the bug
In the timetable entry page, whenever we enter an input, the timetable presets drop down refreshes and displays a loading icon, this is really annoying and distracting

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the timetable entry page
  2. Click on any input box
  3. See loading animation

Expected behavior
The drop down should only display loading animation when we first open the page
