In which step?
Your issue is probably not related with this installer.

  1. Use stable internet connection
  2. Be sure there are no MITM attacks against you on your network.
  3. Try using vpn.
  4. Check your computer for viruses
  5. Try again on clean windows installation

Also please give more information when you create an issue on any GitHub repository or you won't get help as you expected.
