Change flag from "CFG_eu868" to CFG_us915"

Change define to CFG_us_915 so it works in the 915MHz frequency which is the one used in North America. 868MHz is used in Europe.

Fixed in 3e797a8, changed from CFG_eu868 to CFG_us915.
