Missing README.md

Hello dear C4ptainCrunch,
I wish to inform you of my disappointment when I couldn't find any README.md in this repo; therefore letting me uninformed of the main goals and achievements allowed by this framework. Please know that I am furious and that I am intending of letting your superiors be aware of this major issue!!!!! How can we allow this to be legal in 2014????

I'm sincerely sorry for neglecting my duty.
I will as soon as possible instantiate a README_Factory_Singleton_Decorator_Observer() to fix this issue as I am aware this issue is critical.
