Add language identifier component in Rhea web

Develop a web component that when uploading a FM, it shows a table with the language constructs used in the FM and a compatibility matrix to which languages and tools the FM can be directly translated, whether some refactorings are needs, and whether loose of information occurs.

Idea: make the table interactive to for example, allows the refactorings to be executed directly from the table??
