Update TNT to newest version

rDock is using TNT 1.2.6, version 3.0.12 is available since 2010.
Maybe it would be worth testing the new version, and/or a replacement in the future with some other library, a bit more modern.
- update to latest version (obtained here)
- benchmark to discard a performance regression
