Add property-level tags to specify labels applied to properties displayed within the UI

There is currently no easy way to determine which properties are displayed within the UI and/or included in csv exports of extended metadata, let alone what display names are used for those that are. Aside from internal utility, there is significant value in having the Data Model Explorer indicate the user-friendly labels applied to properties which are displayed in place of the more cryptic and/or less presentable property names defined in snake_case.

This issue can be addressed very simply via the addition of property-level tags to specify the labels applied to properties which are displayed within the UI.
