Example power: "Light of the Lost Sun" (Master Preserver D20)

This is because there are duplicated versions of ALMOST EVERY SINGLE D20 and D19, named "Traveler's Unpredictable Power (POWERNAME)". These need to be audited and the missing powers added.

Fixed Light of the Lost Sun specifically as a courtesy to the person reporting the issue. Other powers remain unaudited and unfixed, e.g. Demonic Hordes (Demonologist).

Issue will likely exist for DSCS/BOVD/any sources in the latter part of the edition.
