Reproduction Steps:

  1. On Class tab, select Hybrid, Psion, Shaper Focus (Hybrid).
  2. On Powers tab, confirm minor creation was added.
  3. On Feats tab, select Hybrid Talent.
  4. On Class tab, select "Expanded Discipline Focus".
  5. On Powers tab, confirm shaped consciousness has not been added.

Expected Behavior:
When selecting Expanded Discipline Focus for Hybrid Psion with Shaper Focus (Hybrid), shaped consciousness should be added to powers list.
