Sort out contributors and contact person.

Currently:

Test Cases and Solvers: allow a list of contributors where you can nominate one to be the contact person (but it's not compulsory to have a contact person)

Projects: just allows one contact person.

Goal:

Projects and Solvers: ask for a list of contributors where you nominate one to be the contact person - do we want to make it compulsory to have a contact person?

Test Cases: just allows one contact person.

Have spoken with Ed (email 25th Jan) and we've agreed to have contributors rather than just one contact person for all resource types (or at least for Test Cases as well as solvers and projects). So for now:

Change Test Case contact person so list of contributors with a designated contact person.
