Move help page to catalogue

We currently have a page with info as to how to log on and contribute to the catalogue on the wordpress site: https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/data_repository/contributing_to_catalogue/ but as we're going to change the urls of the catalogue pages to all be under ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue (see #102 ) then the content of this page will have to move from wordpress to the catalogue

Still need to do some styling and add TOC etc

This could do with some more work in the future - more instructions (and images and videos) added, maybe a TOC and maybe instead of just a boring link to "contact us" it could be a contact us card like the rest of the catalogue...
However with time pressure for release 2 this will be ok.
