Debug why the crtsh.py test is flaky

After constant retries the module keeps failing leading to an overall fail of build-test. One of the possible solution to mitigate this issue can be to come up with maybe a timeout of module (e.g. after 1 minute kill it) + 3 test retries

Such approach makes sense as we know that the datasource is flaky
