`make_stats.sh` won't auto-install LibreOffice macro

The make_stats.sh script relies on a LibreOffice macro in $HOME/.config/libreoffice/4/user/basic/Standard/CollGS.xba. It is capable of updating its contents but cannot register the macro for first-time use. The macro must be first registered manually (it may be empty). Afterwards the script can go on using it.

This is a known issue. Contributions to fix it are welcome.
