`make_stats.sh` requires LibreOffice not to run while executing

The make_stats.sh scripts will fail silently if LibreOffice is already running under the current user's account before the script tries to call it.

This is a known issue. It is recommended to run the make_stats.sh script with cron under a dedicated account that is not used for interactive work.
