Notifications of internal module "sysrepo" cannot be subscribed to

Hi,
I'm using version 2.2.31, By subscribing to the netopper2-cli for all notifications, the following error occurs, which was not present in previous versions.

Fine, should be fixed in the latest sysrepo. But the filter is completely redundant and would only involve additional processing. Do not use any filter if you want to subscribe to all the notifications.
