Swap G and CTRL+G behaviors

I'd like to see the Grab and Grab+Neighbors function's hotkeys swapped. The reason being that CTRL+G is much more consistent with curve grabbing when working with bezier curves in Blender.
This way the default behavior is to move both the junction and it's handles, while the alternate behavior (CTRL+G) is to move only the junction.
