Job thumbnails and a big amount of jobs problem.

AfWatch should ask server for thumbnails one by one, not all at once.
This can totally hung afwatch on a slow network connection.

Done.
Also hidded job does not ask for thumbnails, but asks on unhide.
This is very helpful on Work (Branches) view on a slow (remote) connection.
