theme-header z-index lower than search box index

Changing theme-header z-index from 31 to 32 solves the problem. I did write a fix, but I cant test it and dont know if it solves the problem. Probably not, because noosfero seens to duplicate templates and I believe i just fixed main cirandas theme.
nice sandro! it seems you know about css and coding. would you like to make a fork and a pull request? if not, I may fix it myself.
sandro, did you have problems to install noosfero?

yes please do it. If you have tested on inspector/firebug then the patch should be very simple.
