ISO 639-1 code for Hebrew is incorrect

CLD2 uses iw as the ISO 639-1 code for Hebrew. This is incorrect. The code for Hebrew has been he since 1989; see http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_changes.php .
