Download historic LS data via COOLR API

For the historic Landslide setting in the Landslide.from_hist() method, the user is required to first download the landslide catalogue from NASA. There is an API access to that database, too, seemingly (https://gpm.nasa.gov/landslides/coolrdata.html#download), which would make this action under-the-hood more userfriendly.
