Hello!
Please, could you clarify if "years" field is currently used in CMS json files?
There's no description in https://github.com/CMSgov/QHP-provider-formulary-APIs
and there's no examples as well
but it exists in examples here https://github.com/CMSgov/QHP-provider-formulary-APIs/tree/master/data

So, is it used ?
