I'm researching about emotion recognition and I find a lot of papers using the MOSEI Dataset. I want to create a custom dataset for VietNamese language but I can't find any documentation for that. Can you give me any guidance? I want to know the process of creating a dataset. I think first we need to download the videos, but then how do we label them? How do we label using which tool? ... Please help me, thank you very much!
