In the days before raceday full DB dumps become tricky. The following are very important if possible on short notice and should either be documented as a normal procedure or coded to be "safe"
- Buggy Name Changes
- Buggy ID Changes (optional, but needed for smugmug)
- Roster Changes (including possibly addition of people)
- Person Name Changes
