How to correct roll error? it's quite large

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I was away for quite a while,
You could parametrize the instrumental cross calibration using the Len_Repeat parameter (implement a smaller value). Basically, it correspond to the wave length impacted by the noise.
Len_repeat=40 0000 corresponds to a value without cross-correlation and Len_Repeat = 4000 with correction. You can even test a smaller value
.We will investigate to implement a more realistic post-cross-calibration remaining error during the year.
In the mean time, you can also decide remove all the noise corresponding to the instrument as it is very small after cross-calibration correction and keep only wet-trope and karin. It depends on the study you want to do but it is a good approximation.
All the best
Lucile
