No change on hovering over any of the buttons

@shubhanshu02 May you please assign it to me, i have fixed the issue by making some changes in css for button component.

#151 already deals with that. There's also a PR for that purpose #155. If there's something that's not in that PR, you are welcome to put up a PR.
