[BUG] Multiple issues translating with i18next

Description of the Bug/Issue

i18next is not able to find certain values throughout the application - we need to do some looking and make sure all values are translated correct. The three I'm showing are immediately at login, on the home page, and in the "more" tab

1. Open the app
