Support Qubits initialised with X Rotation

This issue is related to #6. In particular it is the second step required for blindness, and blinds the server to the measurement outcome. Roughly similar steps are required as are required for #6. However in this case corrections to the classical measurement outcomes are also required, as opposed to just the measurement angles as in that issue.
