[Feature request] Telescope integration

As in title, I would love to see a telescope integration. If I find time maybe I'll try implementing this.

If I want to add a small UI, which file is entry point for this plugin @CRAG666

Would be best if this plugin:

  • exposes plugin api
  • telescope integration uses that API to list commands
