Create `ContactUsBanner` Component

Problem
Our Contact Us page will include a banner to direct users to our social media accounts which will have information about events.
Do This
Change the code in components/ContactUs and assets/ContactUs to implement this component.
- The icons should be exported as an SVG from the figma.
- The links for the social media icons should be hardcoded in this component. Use dummy links for now though!
- Do not implement the small shapes in the background.
