Update a list of recommendations for a product

As a Product Manager
I need the ability to update the recommendations for a given customer
So that I can show the correct/updated set of recommendations for the customer

Details and Assumptions

• Updated recommendations and their type (up-sell, cross-sell, accessory) are given.

Acceptance Criteria

Given the service is running, updated recommendations for a customer
When update api is called
Then the list api should show the correct/updated recommendations for that customer or proper error message if the given updated recommendation doesn't correspond to any of the existing recommendations
