I want to view a list of recommendations
So that I can make marketing plans for specific users/products

• A BDD test suite that runs integration tests using selenium will be needed

###Acceptance Criteria
Given I am logged in as an Administrator
When I navigate to the "View Recommendations" page
Then I should see a list of recommendations
And I should be able to select one to view
