How to use festival as front-end

i have trained the arctic voice and i want to setup a TTS in my laptop i have to use festival as frontend and World vocoder along with merlin
i have gone through the merlin/misc/frontend directory where we need to make labels and i am stuck there how to proceed so that i can use festival as frontend along with merlin and world vocoder
