[FEATURE] Update screen when one of the configuration files has been changed / reloaded (without changing update interval)

Currently, the update interval in the sticky_photo_wall.conky configuration file is set once per day. This is fine, as long as the user's photo wall doesn't get updated. Find out if there is a way to redraw once when the file my_photo_wall.lua gets updated.
