Highlight venue doesn't highlight talks in current view

Noting this so I don't forget about it - the highlight-venue style is only applied to the table header in the current view.
I haven't looked at the code yet, so this may be a wafer bug in creating the view or a stylesheet bug here.

This is due to a bug in wafer's current view - see CTPUG/wafer#486
