Move Schedule Editor to Dragula

Dragula looks like a nice library for doing drag and drop stuff, busy moving the Schedule Editor to it, hoping it makes some of the state stuff easier or at least neater.

I'm dropping this for now since using our own native javascript seems okay for now.
