[Installer][Request] Allow to select a custom installation directory

Managing applications on Windows is a pain.
While using the program as portable is an option, it doesn't ensure that shortcuts and other registry elements will be configured, which are also a pain to manually setup.
Having an option in the installer to customize the installation directory would be a pretty nice change in general.

Ok, never mind, I didn't look deep enough into the installer to realize it does have that functionality.
How in hell didn't I notice that for a year?
