need power value from frameview .csv file for diagrams.

So far only frameview does support measure PCL, and capframex can import frameview fps and pcl value into capframex, but the power values from frameview are still missing in the diagram of capframex.

Hardware info from FrameView csv files is not supported yet and we have no plans to implement it. It's anything but trivial to map the FrameView data onto our data structures.
